I'M DONE!Drawing Near's hair was the hardest part of this >.>..
And I had to draw it on MS Paint then edit the colors and lines on photoshop elements 5.
I owed my friend Nami the Near picture for about 6 months now XD..And here it is now.I hope you like it T-T.
