Description
So, I've been wanting to do a map of Titan for Overheaven, because I have *a lot* of crazy ideas for Titan. But to my dismay, nobody seems to have a Titan basemap. So. I went with creating my own. In QBAM, no less. Because bigger is better.Took me about a week to do this, entirely on MS Paint. No, this map is not entirely accurate. I scoured the Internet for existing maps of Titan to serve as a reference and I found this guy's project (www.worlddreambank.org/X/XAN.H⦠). I liked the idea of a wetter Titan, with more than just the pathetic methane lakes at the poles. Given that Overheaven is AH, I figured...well. What if Titan *was* a bit colder than it is now? Why settle with virgin methane lakes at the poles, when you can have chad methane *seas* at the equator?
So no, this map is not accurate to what we currently know about Titan. If you want it to be, however, it should work if you make the equatorial seas into darker, dry areas. I will probably tweak and update this map in the future to improve it, and release a "dry" version of this map at a later date, maybe later this week, though the "wet" version is likely canon for Overheaven.
Anyway, I just felt like posting this because there's a dearth of Titan basemaps out there and QBAM's are magic. Feel free to use this map, or a derivation thereof. I want to spread the love forΒ
I have plans for this map. Gonna take a while to implement them, and probably a week to do the write-up, because I love my thicc lore. Until then, watch the skies, space cadets.

Oh yes, worlddreambank. I used a lot of his Venus map names to help me with my own map.
