Changes from the previous Primero Visual Style
*New design buttons including the radio buttons and the check box.
*Added hover effect to all buttons.
*New Menubar.
*Added Windows logo start button as a substyle.

Sorry, I do not have the link to the styler toolbar, I'm using it long time ago. Anyway, I will create a new toolbar this weekend to suit this theme and lets see if it turn out nice.
