This is a unique breed created by ~DaneStables for the stories at #Skagenrak - they are recognized as a breed, but are almost exstinct. Only two living adults have been registered.

Only way to get a Vulcano Guardian is by buying an offspring from the two adults, Ragma and Vulkan.

Vulcanos brought up with human company from birth are rather friendly, but still wild to some point. You can only ride them in special fire proof clothing, and burned nose hairs are a common problem ...

Foal wings are small. Wings grow to their full size, when foals are left to take care of themselves around the age of 2 years. Both wings and feathers are made of fire, making them unsuited to live in a regular barn.

Vulcanos rest in fire. In the wild, they live inside vulcanos, but as domestic animals, they should always have access to a bonfire large enough to function as a bed.

Vulcanos like water, and if a lake suddenly turns into steam and dry out, you can find your Vulcano playing in the middle, snacking on fried fish.

They eat meat.

Appearence:
Hooves are black. Bodies are dark with pangara like coloring. Markings, feathers and wings are pure fire and lava.
When anxious or upset, sparkles flows up around the horse, and feathers may increase in size for a short period of time.
Eyes are black with a cirkel of luminating fire instead of pupils.
