Hmmm... you could try doing a HDR image or use some noise-reduction plugin like for example NoiseNinja. Which ISO settings did you use for this shot? With the help of a tripod you could try shooting with the lowest ISO value possible in order to reduce noise. Some dslrยดs even have an integrated noise reduction algorithm.
