Over the past few years I've dropped hints about the existence of a shadowy background organization responsible for some of the more outlandish things in the universe of my fetish OCs, and now I'm finally revealing it in full. Technical Knismetic Laboratories, or TKL for short, is a tickling-focused R&D company with a shady past as a military contractor. Despite losing government funding in the mid-90s, TKL is still around today, conducting studies and performing relatively innocuous experiments in the public eye while continuing to work on more illicit projects underground.
