Mynna's laughs and yelps intertwined as the machinery she was strapped in front of worked over her delicate soles. Volunteering as a test subject for a sketchy experiment that involved testing out new tickling machines, she had been expecting something interesting, but this was a new one on her.

As soon as she had been firmly locked into place atop a strange swooping chair with her bare feet exposed, the researcher responsible for overseeing her hurriedly left the room. Unsure what the experiment would consist of, she found herself thoroughly confused as mechanical arms emerged from the walls and began spraying her soles down with what smelled like rubbing alcohol. It had the tickling power of a generic high-pressure water spray, so what was the point of using alcohol for it?

She was about to find out.

Once her feet had been thoroughly soaked, one of the mechanical arms tilted forward a bit to reveal a lighter mounted on top of the spraying mechanism. Mynna barely had time to process what was about to happen before the lighter was brought up to her skin and clicked on, setting her alcohol-covered sole alight. She half-yelped, half-gasped as the flames covering her sole created a painful burning sensation... for a couple of seconds.

The alcohol burned out extremely quickly, leaving her skin a bit tender but ultimately unharmed. The mechanical arm began spraying her down again, creating a noticeably stronger tickling sensation. Mynna realized what was going on as the other mechanical arm dipped down to set her other sole on fire, interrupting her laughter with a pained yelp.

The arms would take turns alternating between spraying and lighting, meaning that the tickling on one foot and burning on the other swapped around enough to keep her from adjusting to either. Each brief burn of her soles made them more tender and more ticklish, creating a vicious cycle of constantly increasing sensations that seemed like it would never stop.

Not that she wanted it to, of course.

Something as strange as this is exactly the type of thing she'd been hoping for.

The full train of thought that led to this idea would take forever to recap, so TL;DR: I set myself on fire and thought it was pretty epic.

To expand on that a bit, I was trying to think of full-sole foot-roasting ideas that weren't a pain in the ass to set up and ended up remembering that alcohol is flammable, so I got a metal can, poured some rubbing alcohol on it, and lit it up.

The alcohol burned up pretty quickly and never raised the temperature of the can to a burn hazard, so I figured "yeah I might as well immolate myself", sprayed one of my feet down with rubbing alcohol, and proceeded to set myself on fire. Pretty dumbass move, but it ended up working out exactly how I expected it to: my sole caught on fire where I had sprayed it down, it burned for a few seconds, then went out. Brief burning sensation followed by near-immediate relief and no harm done to the skin. I did it a few more times to confirm my results, and that was that.

A few notes:
- I am a professional autist, please do not try this at home.
- If you do try it at home, just keep basic fire safety in mind.
- The strongest solution of rubbing alcohol I used for this was 70% isopropyl alcohol. Higher concentrations may burn longer/hotter, so I can't particularly recommend using them.
- All in all, this is still, y'know, setting yourself on fire, so I'd advise using caution. Obviously.
