I have found the original name. It's a Deltarune track called "WELCOME TO THE CITY" made by an indie named "Toby Fox" sped up 10 percent.

Although I'm no longer in the OSC for personal reasons, I do want to share y'all the moment I entered this community. I entered the OSC on September 24, 2021. At the time I was on Roblox and decided to look up "Bfdi" and entered "BFB 3D ROLEPLAY" by awesomenessbean. Today it's successor has finally emerged and the original where I entered the OSC from is now outdated, much like Sprinkle Bally himself. There was a tune playing on the HD Admin loudspeaker when I first joined, and is now a personal antiquated relic of what once was when I joined the OSC.
