Violet. Blue. Red. Green. The four of them always lived in the same neighborhood, houses next to each other. They hung out and talked about whatever came to mind. Blue talked the most out of them, always bragging about something he may or may not have done. Violet listened patiently, giving advice where he deemed necessary(not that Blue really listened much). Green was always last, scrambling to get atop the fence. Last but not least, Red was the one always asking questions, always worrying about the others. They thought they'd always be just neighbors, always next door, thought never quite knowing each other. That was always meant to change.
