Description
In the late 1950s, there was an experiment performed on an individual with very high ESP capabilities. Virtually nobody knew about this other than the cult that tortured him. He was injected with a special kind of blood from a creature that the cult worshipped, and then had some of his blood removed which turned into a new serum for bringing creatures from the lake into existence. No one knows what became of him, but it is theorized that he may still be alive within the lake.
