Oh, guess I didn't notice that the creature's skull is a bit stylized in the nose area. Still can't shake off the feeling that it isn't united though. Ah well. Thanks for the input, Spligity.

Wow, its intriguing, creepy, and if it was a real scene occuring in front of me, very suspenseful. The lack of description and just 'moment..' there makes anyone's imagination run wild with possiblities as to what will happen.

I feel very awkward and uneasy looking at this image. It's like something awful is gonna happen any minute and everyone knows it but they can't escape.
My interpretation is that every person has many sides/personalities. There are no exemptions because nobody's flawless. Even the most innocent looking little girl has a bad side (monster). Others may not always see your horrible side but it is always there and you can't escape from this fact.

great work id really like to know the story behind this. from what i can tell the creature might have been one of the girls as its face looks kinda sad. the girl in the middle looks like she might be the next to transform,her eyes dont seem quite human anymore and i think i see blood coming down her face from beneath her eyes
