Description
Back in the days, Kiku tried to take over China, Korea and the whole of Asia. The Asian siblings have all been assaulted by Japan. Himaruya didn't portray this in detail, of course, since these are pretty ugly histories. During those times, Japan was best known for their shrewdness and brutality.

The three years under Japan's control was apparently the worst years Hong Kong has ever had. Needless to say, Korea was not quite pleased with any advance on Kiku's part.

On the second historical occasion when Kiku waged war against Yao, Yao was so weak that he had to sign a pact with Ivan in an effort to push Kiku's advances back.

And Ivan got to cop a feel. 8D And gained control of some of Yao's territory.

日本帝國 - (Great) Empire of Japan
蘇聯共和國 - Soviet Russia
朝鮮 - Korea's traditional name, but nowdays refers to North Korea.
中國, 香港, 台灣 - China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, as always.
