Aleyn suffers from a mental disorder called "Delusional Parasitosis", also known as Ekbom's Syndrome. The victim always feels like as if they were infested with parasites, lice, mice, and maggots everywhere, even in their bodies.

This is one of the reasons why she wears heavily, but terribly done, bandages on her arms. Legs, chest, and abdomen are the most disgusting parts that she tried to take out the parasites in her body.
