Description
Character InformationA hunting accident lodged a large fragment of a white-tailed deer antler into her skull when she was two years old, compromising the integrity of the rear of her left cerebrum and cerebellum. While this affects her primary memory storage due to the damage to the parietal lobe of her brain, it also reduces her logic with regards to numbers and visuospacial processing. Her brain often confuses sensory input, causing her to either sense things that aren't there or to completely ignore certain stimuli. (Basically, this means she hears voices and runs into trees with relative frequency...haha.)
The antler passes through the facial and oculomotor nerve, disrupting some signals that pass to her face and mouth, often slurring her speech and either exaggerating or diminishing her facial expressions. She often wears a dopey smile because of this, regardless of her mindset. The compromised oculomotor nerve, and thus the neglected levator palpebrae, makes it difficult to open her damaged left eye, and her right eye occasionally unfocuses and wanders involuntarily. Her left ear is unable to rotate from its fixed upright position due to the antler impaling it.
Once a remarkably intelligent individual, Noah is now an unpredictable and illogical basketcase. Her confusion of stimuli gives her a sort of physically-induced schizophrenia that comes and goes without warning, and she has lost most of her concept of numbers and the passage of time. Once a cynical, calculating hunter, she’s become a gentle and primarily harmless creature that takes delight in the company of others, and is excited when she actually remembers someone. However, she’s known to have random, violent spells of recollection when she resembles her old self—resulting in confusion, frustration and occasionally aggression when she realizes what she’s become due to her life-changing injury. Unfortunately—or fortunately—she always eventually reverts to her brain-damaged self.

My new OC! =3 It's official--I'm unable to have a normal character. She was going to be my normal one. So much for that. -_-
Adobe Photoshop CS1. Clocked at 5-6 hours.

Noah is MINE. Not that anyone would steal this freak...I'm just sayin. Do not use her, play her, claim her as your own, or apply her design to one of your own characters.

I'm not sure how that would work. >> Gender and species barriers. Besides, you'd be a pervert--sexually harassing a brain damaged wolf, how could you. D< *slap*

You are amazing This character and her past/accident is the most unique thing I've ever witnessed
Not only the fact that an antler is lodged in her skull, but that you took that seriously and with truth; like it could really happen. (Compared to most people, who would have a character like that and say they act and look perfectly fine). I applaude you on that

Well, I was thinking, 'I want a normal wolf character, that could actually happen. But she should have something unique! Like...an earring! ...An antler earring, or something natural-ish. How would it get there? It'd probably have to get impaled in there. Haha. It'd probably miss and smash into her little wolfy brain, instead of just piercing her ear. ...Hey, this could be fun!'
I'm also a freak. >___>;

Nice, I like it. I have never heard anything like that fact or fiction. Good story for a unique wolf character!
