I love how you've just LITTERED his outfit with the assassin's symbol, but it's still subtle

This is a sophisticated, skillful piece on a lot of levels. Mood, atmosphere, tone, all very suggestive. This guy not only fits the period well, demonstrating knowledge of subject, but has the look and feel of an assassin.

I wonder if you can make another with him in action. Perhaps stalking a Templar from the roof tops or Air to Assassinate technique on two Templars? A Bio on the guy and his relation to Desmond Miles, Altair Ibn-La'Ahad, and Ezio Auditore? This guys is very intresting!
Also, does he carry twin revolvers or is the legendary 6-shooter wasn't still made yet?

Hey buddy - glad you like the piece, anyway I've no other images of this particular guy in the pipeline but if I do create one I'll supply all the bio information you requested.
As per the revolvers, no he doesn't carry them - in 1835 the technology, although while it existed it was not that practical, also weapons like that would be very unusual in european cities at the time, but if you look closely at his left arm, you will see a hidden 2-shot deringer pistol on a spring harness that can be fired and then withdrawn back into the sleeve - kind of an evolution of ezio's hand cannon, but with two shots in each gun, and one gun in each sleeve.

AH! I see it now! I kind of missed that lol. Also I think this is not a fail as how you put it, but a fail to Ubisoft for missing it!
Hopefully we'll see another one with him in action! Take care now and keep up the good work.
P.S: Also, just one more question. Is that a knife or a sword that he carries? I see a handle that looks like a bladed weapon of either a knife or sword(possibly knife) and a sheath that looks like more for a sword. Thank you for your time!

To answer your question he actually carries two Bowie Knives - at the risk of being controversial I decided to cut the sword out altogether and gave him knives instead - they are more easily concealable, and also, as anybody who has ever worn a real sword will tell you, they are bloody awkward things to even walk around while wearing one, let alone jumping about and climbing around rooftops!

Thanks for answering! I own a japanese katana, but the only time I ever worn it was on my back, just to see what it feels like. But although its the proper way to have it at your side. And now that you mentioned it, yeah I guess it does suck running around with it, some motion limited with it on the your side.

I don't think this is a fail at all. The layout is so lovely and I love how your assassin has mist around him, and you can even see his legs fade into the mist. Over all the details are stunning and you even made a great outfit to go along with him (and the time you have him set in). When I first saw this and saw the title I thought it was actually for the next Assassin's Creed game (fan art for it at least) and this would be the new assassin ha ha! Can't lie, I wouldn't be sad if it was :] really. Those details, again, are so wonderful!

An Assassin wore an outfit that actually blended in with a crowd
Jokes aside that is pretty awesome
But whats with his right hand
is her wearing a fingerless glove over a regular glove, or is his hand just red with blood or something?
