Description
Another entry to [link] 's competition.Steampunk Joker.
This clown is equipped with a shocking hand buzzer fuelled by a massive array of small motors strapped to his arm as well as a larger coil-motor on the buzzer itself. This buzzer is also wired into his breastplate to shock anyone who might get close enough to grab him.
His acid squiring flower is fueled with a noxious concoction of his own design and features a nifty clockwork mechanism that causes the bladed petals to spin - pretty useless in battle but groovy nonetheless.
He also sports a spring-loaded card dispensing vambrace on his left arm, just for kicks.
He's also got a suitable array of knives a magnifying monocle and an enhanced smile composed of humann teeth removed and grafted to his own face - nice!

well here is the deal, Noble six is the newest charicter in the halo series. it starts off after he just turned into a sparten that he is submited into a group of spartens caled Noble Team whitch is a special task force for the UNSC. And like master chife, he never takes off his helmet untill the end of the game but even in the game you could never see his face. so in your perspective, could you draw what his face could look like.

Hi, I assume you're referring to the hand buzzer thing, it runs on a dangerous amount of dynamo motors strapped up his arm and continuing under his jacket, there is a winder on the breastplate just below his lapel.
