Although very similar in appearance to, and closely related to Westfolk, the halflings have some distinct traits that differentiate them from humanity.
Mainly their eye shape, far spaced and rounded with an iris that covers all parts of the visible eye, the much larger and bulbous nose, and the rounded lobeless ears.
Besides those distinguishing features, halflings tend to have thicker and fuller hair than westfolk, and are more prone to hirsuteness, their complexion is reddened and rosy, their necks are short and thick, their eyebrows hairy and arching, as well as a deep set jaw, prominent rounded cheekbones, and a long mouth with absent upper lip.
