Mermay, day 20. Ancestors.
So I drew a bunch of trilobite fossils.
And yes, those three merpeople have shown up previously this month. Also yes, it's the third day in a row I've done that xD
What can I say? I can't help but to create stories for them.
Those three are from the same family. The one in the back holds a low position in court and is a kind aunt to the two warrior siblings. Every year, they take flowers to decorate the "ancestor rocks" that belong to their family to honor both the primordial life forms and their more direct ancestors.
