This is a description of how I work through my drawings.
You guys may need to add more layers if that's what you prefer!
It gets complicated when you need to draw transparent-y clothes..so I didn't include that in the tutorial (although it shows up in the video XD)

1) First do a sketch of your drawing! [ sketch video ]
I like using a thick brush. I'm just going for shape rather than detail~

2) Then, on another layer do your rough lineart to lay down more details....

3) Colouring! [ colouring video ]
and refer to the above text * 7 * b

notes: I'm using opencanvas 4.

layer names for SAI (and photoshop, I believe):
- Luminosity
- Overlay
- multiply
- normal
- multiply
