Personality: Bill can be described simply as a bad luck magnet, no matter where he goes, something bad is soon to happen. He s obsessed with the paranormal and unknown. He loves Dipper, Mable and Wendy and considers them to be his closest friends. He is smarter than anyone he knows, and it's his brains that often get him into trouble. He can be mischievous, however, his pranks are always in light hearted fun. He enjoys teasing others, and being sarcastic and watching horror movies. He is prideful and has a hard time admitting when he is wrong or when he needs help. He has a huge crush the most popular college student in Gravity Falls, Giffany, however, despite his affections, Giffany usually ignores them.
Backstory: Bills' mother tried to abort him, but when that failed, his teen-aged parents left him in a box on the streets. He grew up in Soos' Orphanage for Boys, and sadly was constantly bullied by the other children. He was short, frail, blind out of one eye and had strange catlike pupils, thus making him an outcast and a subject for bullying. As he grew up, he ended up graduating early and got a job working full time at The Mystery Shack. It was there he developed a strange fascination for the paranormal and unknown. Six months after he started working there, he began to have terrible nightmares, ones where the world was ending, but he was the one causing it. This terrified him, but he ached to learn more, so that way he could eventually find out whether these nightmares really happened or not. In his searching he eventually found runes that when read out loud began to release some of his previous incarnations powers and memories. This terrified him, knowing that eventually he would cause the world to end. However he did his best to keep this information to himself. Even with all this knowledge, he doesn't want the cycle to continue and spends his spare time trying to figure out a way to end the cycle once and for all, so that way there will be no more deaths.
