The anime is so good, it's following the manga practically to the letter and the manga itself is amazing.
I was actually pretty surprised to see how well they managed to take the artstyle from the manga and adept it for animation, while some scenes weren't exactly as stylised as in the manga (the scene you based this image on especially) it still looks amazing and stays true to the overall style of the manga
Love this image by the way, bakugo looks suitably crazy and deku looks suitably badass
