Description
Similarly to Beast Man, nailing a good design concept was not the easiest thing in the world. We did eventually agree on a slightly humanoid torpedo shark who patrols the waters for pirates and poachers while protecting the marine life around. He was basically designed to combat the real practice of shark finning, and uses not only his excellent mobility on the ground and especially in the water to do so but also sends out fin cutters for underwater combat.
His weapon, the Double Fin, sends out two fin cutters that swim along surfaces as soon as they hit a wall or floor. Mainly to complete the effectiveness circle, this is Blast Man's weakness. His weakness is obviously Thunder Man's Thunder Splash.
