Yeah, this is really overdue. I meant to make something Birdflash-y after Endgame came out, but I never got around to it.
I don't know how old they are in this one...probably somewhere between season 1 and season 2, when Dick is transitioning between Robin and Nightwing and maybe he's nervous, so maybe he freaks out about it to Wally, and maybe Wally needs to comfort him because Dick's his best friend and he needs him, and Wally knows he hasn't really been there for Dick all the time lately, and he feels conflicted and guilty, and Dick is so stressed and nervous and lonely and asjdklf;jlgagjkfl;gj
