The "famous" pactio maker, originaly created by Diaphanus on a website which had vanish, upgraded by Thomas999 (aka Ju gatsu mikka, the creator of the Pactio maker account on DA) can be download in english here.This is a .psd (photoshop document) which can be used with photoshop, GIMP or others sofware which look alike
The english translation is based on yelsha42's one [link] but upgrade.
