This base was a collab between my friend, , and me. She did most of the work so PLEASE give her more credit. I really only colored it and sharpened the lines.I know I said I'm only making dark and ghost pokemon bases this month, but Imma give a pass on this because its a psycho base, kinda matches spooky month.

Take your time, don't just slap something on there. This means spend more than five minutes on it. Please, I do not want to see the turquoise, purple, and pink outline in the finished picture, you are supposed to fill that in as needed.
