”The Aftonalgamate is that of the spirit of William Afton, not freed as he was not infused with Remnant. Because of that, he was left behind in the ruins of the FFPS location. Rising up with his mangled and charred Springscrap body, he used the remains of his daughter's, wife's, and first victim's vessels to rebuild himself and go after the remaining spirits so that they are never freed and everything burns with him. Thus, he builds the ultimate main antagonist of FNAF, the Aftonalgamate. They're family once again.

The Aftonalgamate is colossal in size, ranging around 12 and a half feet in height. His body is a horrific patchwork-like fusion of the fourth primary antagonists of FFPS and Security Puppet, still housing the carcass of William Afton who's now being reduced to a burned skeleton with barely any flesh remaining. His head is that of Springscrap's mask, now heavily withered with most of the left side torn away and absent of the upper-half of his remaining left ear. Molten Freddy's left eye replaces Springscrap's missing left upper-ear and also has his lower jaw and a Funtime Freddy eye dangling from the right side of his head. Springscrap's entirely missing right ear has also replaced with Molten Freddy's right ear with a stream of wires, having Bon-Bon's eye originally from Ennard/Molten Freddy. Replacing William's left eye is that of Molten Freddy's glowing LED-like left eye now dark-purple in color.

The Aftonalgamate also sometimes wears a mask upon his face, being that of Security Puppet's mask, slightly torn and damaged from the fire. His torso is bulky and over-sized, being that of the upper-half of Springscrap's suit with Scrap Baby's waist, skirt, and pelvis. The two spotlights on Scrap Baby's chest, one orange and one green, are now located on the sides of his exposed endoskeleton waist along with one of the original Ballora's eye, located near where a naval would be. The ribs of William's corpse are also noticeable and another Ennard/Molten Freddy eye is located on his collar-bone, exposed through a rip in Springscrap's suit, being the other Funtime Freddy eye. The Aftonalgamate bares a total of four arms, the second set of arms emerging from his exposed endoskeleton armpits.

The upper set of Aftonalgamate's are the largest, the right arm being Scrap Baby's original claw-tipped arm, reinforced and having some parts from Lefty, including Lefty's right shoulder, bicep, and elbow while the left arm is that of Springscrap's left arm, cut off at the elbow with a large shard of bone emerging. However, it is enlarged and elongated to be symmetrical to his other arm, tipped with the left forearm and hand of Molten Freddy, having his strange finger suit coverings and the Funtime Foxy eye from him on the top of the forearm. His lower set of arms are noticeably smaller, the right one being that of Springscrap's right arm covered up with some more suit patches from Lefty while the left arm is that of Security Puppet fused with more wires from Molten Freddy, the mechanical left eye of Scrap Baby on the front of the bicep.

The Aftonalgamate bares large bulky legs, mostly that of Scrap Baby's legs with suit patches from Springscrap and Lefty overlapping them with the mostly missing suit of Scrap Baby's right leg replaced with that of Lefty. The mechanical right eye of Scrap Baby is also there, located on the tattered knee-pad of Scrap Baby's right leg. He bares Scrap Baby's roller-skates, fixed and reinforced and wires from Molten Freddy's body are noticeably fused within his left leg. The limbs of William's corpse, not including his lost left forearm and hand, are within the makeshift limbs of The Aftonalgamate, his mostly missing left arm within the left arm of his upper set of arms, his right arm is within the right arm of his lower set of arms, and his legs obviously within his makeshift body's legs.”
