no they aren't a couple.... technically Nico is single.Ayama can turn into a normal cat. she's like Nico's guardian/pet... she prefers pet because he can do whatever he wants with her...
he doesn't hurt her.
but the cat thing, she's very tiny in both forms. small girl in human form and tiny tiny cat... almost kitten size
in a way, she fell in love with Nico. but she won't admit it...
and Nico does have a thing for her, but it's not love. oh no, more lust i guess... just not... gross...
