Description
One of the few spaceships i draw i tried to make it look a bit organic^^

The Alpha class ships are the heaviest cruisers of the Syntkorps Empire. They are easy to produce and replace the older mechanical ships which where not that reliable. The Rulers of the Empire decided to scrap the old mechanical ships or use them as scout units. After this huge step the Goverment decided to use the technology which was already used for Artificially Organic troopers and small mechs or gunships. After 6 years of development the first big Ships where ready to use. It took a long time to make them ready for combat becouse the mutation rate of such a huge artificially Organic Object was higher then anything known to the lead scientists. These failed ship constructions are used as a biological weapon becouse they not only ate the fuel which was provided, they also ate the crew and anything around them which made them a perfect distraction for the enemy. There are 167 failed ship experiments and 5000 Heavy cruisers ready for combat. Currently their production rate is very low becouse only the Shipyard at their home planet has the ability to produce them.

Although their numer isn't that great they have several big advantages:
-A Hole in the hull is no problem becouse it will grow together again after a few seconds
-There are no staff costs becouse they are produced fully automatical at the facility together with other artificial Units.
-You can easily equip them with other weapons or upgrade anything you want
-They dont need any maintances
-They dont need a crew becouse they are similar to tamed animals and can follow orders themselve

They are 1.7 km long and equipped with a front laser canon which is able to Pierce thick armor. They also have several other Auto-canonns and 256 laser batteries to fend off enemy fighters. A Alpha class ship has enough space to Transport 5000 Soldiers and 15000 Artificial Troopers. Becouse they are a huge technological advance not only the military is intrested in it. Many smaller Organic ships are already in civil use. There are plans to replace every old mechanic vehicle with new Organic ships which need almost no maintances and are cheaper to produce.

I really liked the Idea of Artifical Organic war machines so i tried to do a Space ship with that theme i like it mostly ^^
