- Born to Redwillow and Clearspirit with her siblings Havenkit, Scorchkit, Joltkit, and Maplekit.
- Her mother Redwillow died due to blood loss after giving birth to them.
- The forest caught on fire due to young twolegs playing with Sky Flowers.
- Her father Clearspirit died evacuating them from camp.
-Went on the journey to new territory.
November 5th, 2015 :: Apprentice Ceremony || Patchpaw
- All of her littermates moved to RainClan.
- Given Pouncestrike as a mentor.
- Dreamfrost, Falconscreech, and Venomgrin attacked RainClan.
- Her littermates Maplepaw and Scorchpaw were killed by Dreamfrost in her takeover.
- Joltpaw returned to MoonClan. He seems to have some sort of secret.
- Fought in the war to defeat Dreamfrost.
- Her brother Joltpaw was made a warrior early for his accomplishments in battle. Patchpaw is happy for him.
- Joltpaw was named deputy to of MoonClan to Fallenstar. Patchpaw can't help but feel this is familiar.

((okay, here goes try no. 2!! I hope that this is alright - I'll keep it vague, so that the time/date/location is as open ended as possible. hopefully it'll pass as after bear has joined the group on their journeying ^ v ^'' <3 ))
After Bear had dispatched his recent shadow (the tiny tom that referred to himself Acorn), for what was hopefully the last time, he slunk back towards the bulk of the group at a sedate pace. He'd discovered that the best way to drive Acorn off of his trail for a little while was to draw him as far away from the group as possible, fluster him, and then hightail it out of the way, so that the tiny tom remained dazed and confused. It inevitably meant that Bear had at least a short while on his own, without the overwhelming urge to turn to violence with the diminutive ginger tom.
In order to avoid further attention being drawn to him, the huge chocolate cymric kept his head low and his posture relaxed; it seemed to work to his advantage not to distance himself too far from the main mass of cats. He blended in with far more ease. This didn't mean that he needed to be seen socialising or interacting with the clan cats in any way - simply that he acted at home in their presence, and so they all naturally assumed that he belonged to one or another of the different clans.
Finding a suitable enough rest point, he settled down on his belly, settling his narrow muzzle down on his paws with a long, wide yawn. Eyes at half-mast, he slowly studied the cats around him, listening in to conversations and adding faces and names to an ever growing list. They might overlook him, but he wasn't about to forget them, any time soon.

Patchkit was almost too excited to be granted time away from the worrysome queen that had kept her in line. The group had settled, for whatever reason, and cats everywhere were doling out jobs to each other, some to hunt, some to scout ahead, Patchkit wasn't paying attention. She was busy exploring, the little area they were in was absolutely fascinating, and Patchkit craned her neck up to stare at the sky.
In the absence of her watchful gaze, her paws betrayed her and she stepped on a large cat's tail. Horrified by her rudeness and inexplicable spaciness, she looked down to see that the cat's tail had been chopped clean off.
She shrieked, not too loudly because the noise got caught in her throat, but her green eyes widened in silent agony. "I'M SO SORRY," she shouted too loudly, right in the cat's ear. "I DIDN'T MEAN TO CUT OFF YOUR TAIL, IT WAS AN ACCIDENT!" Though in the midst of her flailing and tears, Patchkit was proud of her own claws for being sharp enough to slice through a tail without her even knowing.

also figured we might as well move this rp to the present, if you don't mind. i really struggle with roleplaying scenes that are a few months old, as i get all baffled about when they were meant to have happened. hope this is okay!!))
To say that Bear wasn't impressed to find a rather loud young she-cat wailing at him would be an understatement. He'd been attempting to rest in his brief moment of reprieve from Acornpaw and Smilepaw, and had been predicting, at the very least, a moment or two of quietness. Ever since he'd had the misfortune of running into the two lively ginger toms, he'd found himself with at least one of them perpetually stuck to his side. It was a miracle, really, that he hadn't done something more drastic.
What he definitely didn't need, right then and there, was the company of a hysterical little she-cat (barely out of her kithood) flailing and wailing over some incomprehensible issue. Already at the end of his tether, Bear snapped in a low, ringing voice, "Stop being ridiculous! And do be quiet!" He might have added on more, there, but he a little to preoccupied with trying to calm himself down. 'Restraint,' he reminded himself silently. 'Just use restraint.'

Patchpaw, with tears hanging in her green eyes, was stunned. Being ridiculous? How could she be the one being ridiculous! "B-b-b-b-b-b-but your tail!!!!" she said, still loud, but not quite as much as before. "It's...it's...it's gone!!"
The cat-in-question was one of the new apprentices that had joined MoonClan on the journey, so perhaps he didn't know that a cat needed their tail for balance and for climbing, and perhaps that was why he wasn't in more shock that she had just chopped it off with her amazingly sharp claws. "W-why are you angry at me for yelling!"

Temples throbbing with rapidly rising frustration at the small she-cat's ear splitting yelps, Bearpaw pulled himself upright and curled his lip back, pale whiskers splaying in all directions, and ears folding flat on his head. In reply to the younger cat's idiocy, he hissed out, "I have never had a tail, you fool!" He felt the incredible urge to throttle the calico, his nostrils flaring as he desperately attempted to reign himself in. He put up with enough of Acornpaw and Smilepaw's whining and wailing, without having to listen to this too. All he wanted was rest. He thought that it was regretful the clan cats looked down on any form of arguing or fighting (save sparring), because right then, he could quite happily bat some sense into her head with a paw. Ignoring the primal urge, he dug his claws into the ground and continued bitterly, "Some sensible cats enjoy peace and quiet, more than listening to the squawking of a silly little she-cat! You should be ashamed of yourself and your ridiculousness."

"N-never...had a tail?" Patchpaw frowned. All cats had tails! That didn't make any sense. Did some other cat chop it off when he was a kit? "I'm...I'm sorry," her ears drooped. "I thought...I thought I'd cut it off, so, I'm sorry. I didn't realize you didn't--" it sounded weird to say it aloud, and she wondered if the brown tom was sensitive about it -- "ever have one."

Another slow, fortifying breath helped to calm Bearpaw's temper. Eyes narrowed and teeth grinding, he studied the she-cat intensely as she apologised. What ill manners she had. And poor speech. However, she had the good grace to look pitiful after such a ridiculous excursion, and her apologies hadn't gone unheard. Bearpaw wasn't much of one for small talk (or conversation of any kind, for that matter) and made the case abundantly clear when he gave a small snort of breath. "Yes, well," he said a good deal quieter, "One shouldn't jump to unreasonable conclusions."

"It won't happen again," she promised, backing up a step from the big tom. "I...um, let me get you a mouse or something, to make it up to you?" it came out as more of a question than an offer, as the tortoiseshell apprentice expected him to refuse. He was a large cat, with deep scars down his face and shoulder, and no tail. His voice was gruff, and his eyes intense, and Patchpaw couldn't help but feel intimidated.
"O-or I can ...just go....." she gave as a second option.

The Cymric studied the she-cat quietly, sharp eyes narrowed. Despite the way that she was stammering and tripping over her words, it was plain to she that she had done her best to right her attitude after being chastised. He released a long, slow breath, understanding that he would undoubtedly regret what he was about to say. After what had happened with Acornpaw, a huge part of him felt the need to correct his own reactions to others, and hold his temper in check. "I am not hungry," he said, pausing to stare off over the camp, and all of the cats milling about. "However, that... Would be acceptable. I will have trouble making my way to the fresh kill pile later." His leg and shoulder wounds weren't awful, but even with the cobwebs gluing them shut, they made moving around camp a little awkward. This would save him from further hassle later on. Besides, chasing the she-cat off didn't seem like the proper response, all things considered.

The tortoiseshell apprentice's eyes lit up as he (somewhat) accepted her offer. "O-okay!" she squeaked, trying to keep it under control. "I guess, just, call for me when you want to eat? My name is Patchpaw. I won't be too far, um, but if I don't answer just yell for me again, okay?"
The large tom was intimidating as all getout, but he seemed to have some patience, which was a relief. For a moment, she was afraid that he'd chop her tail off as well.
