This would have to be one of my most enjoyable pics to create! This was fun
Anyways I made this for the upcoming game BioShock 2, it's going to be AWESOME!The idea behind the picture was to make it so your looking through the eyes of the main character, I wanted him struck down and looking up at the Big Sister (new character) ready to fight back, while the Little Sister moves in.
This took longer than I thought but I love taking my time when it's based on games like these..

The ribbons on the Big Sister crack me up. It's like they were put there to make her seem less scary, but completely failed XD

Love this proximity! the immersion is perfect i can feel how to close she is to me....I'm quiet ready to rumble! I feel so powerful with a hand like this one ....Love how you make us feel "submerged"

Once again your art amazes all Patrick your superb ability at making excellent scens remains undefeated 
First off great job on the Big Sister looks very good and accurate, secondly nice job on the plasmid powered hand lots of detail many others would forget there from creases in the skin to shadows.
Secondly nice job on the little sister her expression and position is very smart having her partake in the attack and the ADAM extraction needle looks as deadly as I recall. Her eyes are also done very well with that slightly glassy and glowing look to them. btw is that a gun she's moving her hand around I havent seen much of the game trailers yet didnt want to spoil it for myself.
Third and finally The Big Daddy cameo in the background is very good and looks great though the drill looks larger than I remember but goes well with your style.
The Enviroment is also superbly done and fits in well with the drowned city look I always felt with Bioshock.

Ah thanks for clearing that I was sure thats what it was I originally thought it was a funny column but then I noticed the shape and angle and realised it might be a minigun. still great work Patrick it's only a little thing not really a mistake more a extra bit to add in if you ever wanted to.
Oh and great work can't wait for your next masterpiece.

That is awesome! I'm loving it! I really need to go back and finish the first one but other games keep taking my attention away, like Bayonetta, Uncharted 2 and soon Tales of Vesperia (gonna pick it up in the next week)!

You're not playing as a guy in the game, I don't think. I think you're actually playing as the very first Big Daddy, cause this game is based ten years into the future, so I've heard.
I have a nerdy friend that tells me all of this.

This is amazing but i have a few complaints and i unfortunately i cant write critiques.
1. The little sister looks a lil....strange she looks more savage like she actually participates in fighting shes actually supposed to lookmore sad or innocent.
2. in bioshock 2 you play as a big daddy, the first one made actually so the hand should be gloved as a big daddy hand with a hole in the palm and the delta symbol.
other than those two things this pic is dynamite!

I love the pic ture its really awesome. the dtails are amazing.
But just noticing the hand of the character your playing is a human hand, the character you play in Bioshock 2 is the original Big Daddy, so he isnt human........ Just notising that.
