I find this one rather funny.

While I wrote about the mermaid, in the result the close up doesn't make that clear that she is supposed to be one. So I like to think this is a woman in a green bathing suit, which is kind of fish scales themed.
She wanted some CPR from the handsome lifeguard man at the beach, so she pretended to drown and be uncounscious. Her plan was working, as the man brought her from the sea, put her on the floor, and was about to perform CPR on her. While all of a sudden the changing of guard bell rang. So our beautiful lifeguard man changed place with another one not so handsome, and rather clumsy and abrupt.
She needs oxygen!! with a heroic pointing index finger to the sky he exclaimed.
And he abruptly put the oxygen mask to her face, tying it tight with all his strenght. And the he quickly opened the oxygen valve to max pressure...

Once again, the writing was (though I added "her eyes are wide open", or "with an expression of surprise" somewhere):
"Little Mermaid. She found an oxygen tank and is inhaling air from it. Her body is inflated big and round like a balloon, comedy movie style"
