A grin is a smile that keeps one's mouth closed, but teeth showing. An "out of it" smile is supposed to be like if someone's... well, out of their mind, kind of. Exceedingly happy or loopy, like someone who's high or got drugged. Happy but vacant.

Very true. IIRC, I just gave up/got lazy when I was looking for fonts while making this. I'll probably replace it with something better... eventually.
