I think this is the most close to be reveal ... or not and the reality prank me again :'vThis happens before ATC season 4 and both Stuart and Theodora are actually 9 years old.
Stuart because the place were he was somehow didn't make him older.
And Theodora because she is younger than him.
P. D : The design of Theodora is MINE so don't see me as a design thief or something, the ONLY thing I change was making the ponytail because CA confirm that the ponytail was on her real design.
Also maybe Em-Rock did know about this 7w7.
