I have a tutorial [link] , to explain how to use Photoshop to create line and shape in my wallpapers. i hope it will help you understand it better. is actually quite easy to do. When I view these there's some awful banding going on... Where they originally compressed that way or what? I've come across tonnes of wallpaper that just end up being unusable because of the banding.
