lol in my headcannon Armin kinda has a crush on Hanji. Even deeper into that headcannon When all the titan biz is done she (and Levi as I shamelessly ship them hardcore Speaking of that I should probably rethink Levi's animal form...) adopts this trio.

Eren's reaction can be seen as annoyed or jealous, whichever you like of who is also up for debate as well.

Also, haven't really decided on what her doggie form is exactly, German Sheperd for sure, but maybe something else mixed in there? hmm... Oh and as to why she's way bigger that Eren; I consider Eren to be a child, and that carries over to being a puppy
