err... i didin't like it, although the idea is
nice..
1) i'd make the header smaller
2) i'd mess with the background more
3) make the smileys a little bigger

Interesting. I like the colors you chose for each component - they all go together very nicely. The only think I would change is that I would make the smileys completely opaque -- it looks odd, seeing the colors through them.
