W.I.T.C.H.es was my first exposure to manga. Which is weird, because it isn't Japanese, it's Italian, but when I showed my brother my horrifying drawings of giant shiny eyelash-laden eyeballs, he freaked out because he thought I was learning how to draw manga-style.
