I am very very flattered that you liked my photo and decided to use it for your school project, but please do ask for a photographer's permission to use his/her photos before you use them. I usually don't let anyone reproduce my copyrighted work, especially when they don't ask first, but I'll let this slide since you at least notified me that you used it. I'm sure you'll understand how your actions are offensive since you put copyright disclaimers on your deviation's description. Just please respect other artist's copyrights just as others do yours. And also remember that other artist may not be as lenient as me. If you reproduce an artist's copyrighted material without permission, you may find yourself facing legal action.
