Without doubt one of the best both in terms of quality of black and white rendering and in the treatment of the waterfall long exposure genre
Classic timing with the spotlight of light on the water to the left of the image without that highlight it would not be as strong , as it is classic , beautiful !

Thank you. I did a bit of bracketing on this one and used a 3 stop ND filter as it was quite difficult to expose the scene properly with only one shot.
1/2 Sec. at f/16
1/3 Sec. at f/16
1 Sec. at f/16
I then post-processed the whole thing with Photomatix Pro, Photoshop and Silverefex Pro.
Thanks again...

Congratulations, you've been featured!
As part of deviantART's effort to promote the work of our members, we're doing our best to give artists exposure to new audiences. One way we do this is by featuring deviants in communities and platforms outside of deviantART. On Tumblr, we feature artwork that has been promoted within the deviantART community, has received lots of attention around the web, or received a surge in traffic.
Recently, we promoted your work on our Tumblr account and in turn has been featured on the landscape tag page . Congratulations!

we think its quite hard to apply B&W to Lanscape Photos, but yours here fits soooo wellll
contrast and sharpness & fluffyness
... it was so refreshing to finally see a very good Landscape Photo in our watch !!!
