Some personal art, I never drew rattata but I wanted to make one look extra cute as a test <3They used to be so annoyingly common in the classic pokemon games which is the inspiration for this idea, but they are adorable to a degree ^^

I'd make a "top percentage" reference but I'm too busy being hypnotized by the sheer awesome adorableness of this art.
