Also I noticed that it looks really pixel-y around the edges idk why ??
Everything I select and color always looks pixel-y if that makes sense and idk how to fix it HH?

it looks pixely because of the tool you use- along with your type of lineart example (the thinner the lineart the more evident this becomes)
if you wanna fix that you'd just have to run along the edges of the lineart (when coloring) with an actual brush tool instead of the wand
edit; i forgot this too- making sure anti is checked also really helps, not having anti-aliasing checked makes the lines pretty much the same as a pixel brush, and having it checked keeps them blurred like a brush tool-- another example anti2 , if that doesn't work tho back to another run around the lineart, and if neither of these help sorry id k
