ok so
alot of shimejis usually have to have a java 6 version
so you gotta downgrade your java

They come with a program called shimeji-ee

when you click it it should give you a bunch of download links
Do not click the shimeji-ee converter (idk what it does yet ;w
click the link underneath it
but luckily the person who provides the shimeji with that program will tell you how
but if they dont then well i will
if they say it does and dont tell you how to install it on your desktop
extract the file first
THEN click the folder that was extracted from it
there should be a werid looking file thing.
double click it and it should show a thing thats like
"oh lookie this is what it is"
there should be threee buttons and one says "use selected"
click that and bam
with regular shimejis there should just be a .exe file and you can install it like that
