Highmetal's Excalibur is a singular Frame designed with the sole purpose of promoting the company's talent. Much like the Monarch, Excalibur is more flash than fight. Even so the Frame is not without merit in combat. Thanks to its advanced synthetic muscle fibers, and with the aid of its powerful thrusters, it is capable of swinging the 15 ton Dawnbreaker sword at over 650 m/s, nearly twice the speed of sound, to deliver a devastating 9,000Kn impact. While the Frame is decidedly mediocre in all other metrics such as speed and defense, this unmatched physical power makes it a potent, if high-skill, war machine. As there is only one Excalibur in existence Highmetal Engineering takes it upon themselves to "contract" the Frame out to a pilot of their choosing. While they approached Joanna Reese, the current #1 M.A.S.S. Ranked pilot, she turned them down for much the same reason as she did the Monarch. Instead the Excalibur is piloted by M.A.S.S.
