Submechanophobia: The fear of fully or partially submerged man made objects underwater.

I never knew about this phobia until a month or two ago, so I always thought that I was just being a baby for being afraid of the Parasaur from the Jurassic Park River Adventure ride at Universal Studios Hollywood (The one before it changed to Jurassic world). I was always afraid of falling in and getting caught in the mechanism underneath the animatronic. I always tried to make sure I sat away from either edge of the raft to make sure I didn't fall or get dragged into the water.
