It seems as though Russia took America's hamburger, and America took Russia's vodka. America threatened to throw Russia's vodka out of the plane if he didn't give back the burger. When Russia didn't, America did throw out the vodka. Thus Russia jumped out for it, pushing America out of the plane in the process. And the hamburger came down behind them. XD
