A toast to his wife/ex-deceased-wife... with his ex wife, her skull sealed with beeswax and filled with mead (beeswax doesn't handle much more than water too well, but it'll be fine for the first couple goes then just heat it up again).So our Viking pal here is drinking in remembrance, a toast in his native tongue is 'Skoal' which is where the modern term 'Skulling it' comes from, which coincidentally is about to occur above in more ways than one.
