CHARMIE'S BACK except with a redesign, no longer the fluffolk mascot, (got a better idea for that!)
and now the mini moon to sailor moon
(except they're sisters and not mother and daughter dlfkgjdlkfgdfg)
i mostly just lightened cereal's colors, edited them a little, and tried to make her
match cereal's overall design more / 7 \
charms is the hyperactive one while cereal is the sleepy one
cereal's hair is made out of milk while charms' is made out of soft marshmallow
(with lots of sugary, sparkly bits)
