If theese Pokemon use fly I think buizel should use fly (not floatzel because it's big) because it spins it's two tails like tails those lol
Anyway I was gonna only dedicate this to smeargle but then I remember pikachu can fly (I like to think that the balloons form from it's stripes) popplio should fly by that logic (it's bubble is called a balloon) lol I still like that pikachu flies it looks cool smeargle can sketch every move so it can fly lol
Any way I hope you like the art though the side mouths I tried are weird I'm not doing it like that again
