Looks awesome. Like the motion blur to it. The flaws I found in this were the right hand and forearm. They look... a little disproportional. The forearm seems to straight down for the hand to really fold in that angle without looking a little weird. His facial expression in the eyes looks too painless in my opinion. Maybe make his eyes narrow in anger to add onto that orcish feel or something more to make it look like he's in agony.
Other than that though it looks great.
