Daz set up the stage. Iray handled the tricky lighting—taming the shadows was a beast of the job on this. Affinity did the heavy work in post, but Photoshop shoed she still has some tricks.

The one thing I really do not get in Affinity Photo is masking. It always feels much more difficult than in Photoshop. I like the way they tuck the mask under the layer that's getting masked, but the actual selecting and painting masks is so different than in PS that I often resort to PS to make them. And, weirdly and really poorly, if you have an exposure layer effecting a stack of images, it will also effect the mask, which is insanely bad design. Nobody wants to tone masks and images!
